Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup (little over) cocoa
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons flour
- 9 eggs, separated
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 deep dish unbaked pie shells

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa together. Heat milk until hot; stir in flour mixture. Take off heat. Beat egg yolks until looks like lemon. Make sure other mixture is cool; add eggs. Cook over low heat until it starts to thicken. Pour into pie shells and finish baking at 350 degress until pies set. Top with meringue.
