Kale and Cannelini

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch kale, ribs removed
  • 1 can cannelini beans drained
  • 2 T white vinegar
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in oil.
remove onion, sautee kale in oil.
remove kale
saute garlic.
Add beans
add back onion and kale
add in vinegar
serve
