Tablespoons Homemade Gourmet Seasoning
Chicken Breasts (cooked and shredded) or 2 Cans chicken
C water divided
10oz can enchilada sauce(I use 2 cans)
Lb velveeta cheese, cubed
In a large pot, add 5 cups water, enchilada sauce, and cheese. In a med bowl combine seasoning with 2 cups of water and whisk until well blended. Pour this into the pot. Bring to a boil: add diced chicken. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
