Dissolve yeast in warm water.Add sugar,salt,butter,egg,and 1 cups flour;beat well.Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.Turn out onto a lightly floured surface;knead 5 minutes.Roll into an 18-x-9-inch rectangle.Brush dough with melted butter;sprinkle with 1/3 cups sugar,cinnamon,and raisins.Roll dough up jellyroll fashion,beginning at long side;moistenedges with water toseal.Cut roll into 11/2-inch slices;place slices;place slices cut side down in a lightly greased 8-inch cakepan.Cover;let rise in a warm place,free from drafts,1 hour or until dobled in bulk.Bake at 375*F.for 30 to 35 minutes.Combine powdered sugar and 2 talespoons water,mixing well.Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
