Ingredients
- 3 cups diced, cooked turkey
- Leftover mashed potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice (I use a blend of jack and cheddar)
- 1-1/2 cups, diced, cooked, drained bacon
- 1 bunch sliced scallions
- Leftover cranberry sauce
- Leftover stuffing or 1 box Stove Top dressing cooked according to box directions
Preparation
Step 1
Lay turkey pieces in bottom of 9" Pyrex dish.
Cover with leftover mashed potatoes.
Mix sour cream with scallions and bacon. Spread over potatoes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over sour cream.
Layer with cranberry sauce
Top with cooked stuffing.
More shredded cheese on top of stuffing.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or, until heated throughout.
