Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 cream of golden mushroom, 1 cream of chicken
- olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 8 oz mushrooms
- salt, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic cloves minced, cayenne pepper, pepper
- 5 lemons
- 1/2 cup orzo cooked
Preparation
Step 1
put 3 cans of soup in pot and dilute each with 3/4 cup water and/or milk
in skillet cook onions, mushrooms, several garlic cloves, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and cayenne
when onions are soft add lemons
then add cooked orzo cook on low 30 minutes.
