Ingredients

• FOR THE CAKE:
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 2/3 cup sugar
• Mix the above ingredients and spread into a big muffin tin (6 muffins)
• Spread 1 pineapple slices into the sugar mixture. Add cherries in the hole of the pineapplie
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first 3 ingredients. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and pour on top of the slice pineapple.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
