Ingredients
- 2 Fillet Mignon
- seasoning mix
- vegetable oil
- 2 pats unsalted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F.
Bring steaks to room temperature at least 30 minutes in advance.
Pat steaks dry; coat with vegetable oil and season.
Sear on each side for about 3 minutes each.
Place one pat of butter on each fillet, then place into oven for about 4-5 minutes. Perfect temp is 130F for medium rare. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes.
