Ingredients
- 1 Brownie mix
- 1 pkg peanut butter chips
- 2 pkg mini peanut butter cups
- 4 c 2% milk
- 2 pkg (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cartons (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare brownies; stir in peanut butter chips. Bake at 350 deg. for 20-25 mins. Cool on rack; cut into 3/4" pieces.
Cut peanut butter cups in half; set aside 1/2 c for garnish. Whisk milk and pudding for 2 mins. Let stand 2 mins. longer. Add peanut butter & vanilla. Mix well. Fold in 1 1/2 cartons of Cool Whip.
Place 1/3 of brownies in bowl; top with 1/3 remaining peanut butter cups. Spoon 1/3 of pudding over top. Repeat layers twice. Cover with remaining Cool Whip; garnish with reserved peanut butter cups. Refrigerate.
