- 1 chicken
- 4 tsp flour
- 5-6 New Mexico chili pods
- 4 tsp peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Step 1
Prepare chili pods: open heads and shake seeds out then rinse and place in a bowl of hot water to soak until soft.
Boil chicken with salt for 1 1/2 hours on medium-high heat., Once chicken is done place in bowl. Blend chili pods, banana, flour, garlic and cumin for 4-5 minutes until smooth. Slowly pour 1-2 cups of chicken broth into blender. Add peanut butter. In a large saucepan place chicken and mole sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
