Ingredients
- 2 TBSP EVOO
- 2 LBS Ground Chicken
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 tsp montreal seasoning
- Canadian Bacon and Swiss Cheese(one slice of each for each burger)
- 2/3 C mayo
- 3 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Emeril seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken, paprika, poultry seasoning, and montreal seasoning. Separate into patties..6-8 patties. Drizzle EVOO in pan or on burger if grilling...Cook until cooked through (approx. 5 mins) Top with Canadian bacon and cheese ( I fry Canadian bacon first)
Combine mayo mustard and Emeril.
Slather on burger
