Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can low sodium black bean, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons Wildtree Taco Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
