Sage Advice - A toasted PB Sandwich with Sage Cheddar

Ingredients
- Hearty multi-grain bread
- Chunky Peanut Butter
- sriracha
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Thin slices of sage cheddar or similar
- Thin slices of tart green apple
- butter or similar

Step 1
butter one side of each slice of bread.
Spread thick later of peanut butter on one.
cut a single shallot thinly, sauté with garlic, then add about a tablespoon of sriracha.
Slice thin slices of cheese.. I used sage cheddar.
toast the sandwich in a griddle with the peanut butter, shallot slices spread out, and slices of cheddar. Toast at low enough a temperature so that the peanut butter can liquefy a bit before the bread burns.
Take off griddle, insert very thin apple slices.. and eat.
