Tropical Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped dried mango
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon shredded coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats and a pinch of salt with 3/4 cup milk, pineapple, mango, chia seeds, and coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours). Stir, heat through and top, if desired.
