One Pan Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 12 ounces green beans
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Pour Marinade mixture over chicken. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and reserve marinade.

Saute mushrooms and green beans a few minutes. Cover pan and steam 10 minutes. Remove from pan. In same pan, brown and cook chicken until done. Add green beans/mushroom mixture. Pour remaining marinade over all and cook liquid down until thickened a little. Add tomatoes. Serve on platter and pour juices over chicken and vegetables.
