  • 1 lb. chicken breasts
  • Flour
  • 4 T. butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 T. capers
  • 1 T. parsley
  • Angel hair pasta

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook flour-coated chicken in 2T. butter & remove.
2. Cook pasta.
3. In the same pan, melt 2T. butter & sauté garlic 1 minute.
4. Add wine, lemon & bouillon, heat to boiling & cook 3-5 minutes.
5. Add capers & parsley.
6. Pour over chicken & serve on pasta.
