Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 glove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 lb fresh sausage cooked
  • 1/2 C grated cheese
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 24 large muchrooms9stemmed and cleaned)



Step 1

Melt butter and add garlic, saute until transparent. Set aside Mix cheese, sausage, egg, parsley and oregano. Stuff mushrooms. Place mushrooms in 9 X 13 pan and pour butter over top of the stuffed muchrooms.
Bake 350 for 10-20 minutes
