Ingredients
- 1 pound 1/2" thick cod or catfish fillets
- Milk
- Flour
- 1/2 C dry breadcrumbs
- 3 T butter, melted
- 2 T Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine breadcrumbs, butter, and cheese into a bowl.
2. Dip fillets in this order: milk, flour, crumb mixture.
3. Place in single layer in baking pan and bake uncovered at 350 F for 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
