Ingredients

• 4 C all purpose baking mix{Bisquick}
• 2/3 c. qk. or old fashioned oats
• 2/3 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1-30 0z. can easy pumpkin mix
• 2 lrg eggs
• streusel topping; combine 3tbsp. all purpose flour,3 tbsps. sugar and 3/4 grnd cinnamon in small bowl, cut in two tbsps. butter w/ pastry cutter or a fork until crumbly.

preheat oven to 400, paper line and pam 24 muffin cups...fill muffin cups 3/4 full

combine baking mix,oats,sugar and cinnamon in lrg bowl ... Combine pumpkin mix and eggs in med.bowl,mix well, stir into dry mix, just until mixed, DO NOT OVER stir!!! spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full, sprinkle streusel topping over tops, bake 14-16 mins. or until tooth pick test come out clean
