Georgia Peach Cobbler
Easy, Easy bake cobbler!
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups sliced fresh peaches (2 cans) with juice
Preheat oven to 350
Slice cold butter into a 9" X 13" baking pan and place in oven.
While butter melts, mix flour and milk well then add sugar and mix again.
Pour mixture in pan with melted butter.
Add peaches (or your choice of fruit) directly on top of batter mix. DO NOT STIR!
BAKE @350 for 30-35 minutes until browned.
Enjoy with Vanilla Ice Cream***
