Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 10 slices bacon browned and crumbled
- 8 cz shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 TBS worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 TBS mustard
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 can french onions
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together ground chuck with the next 8 ingredients.
Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Add 1/4 cup to above reserving the remaining to top loaf.
Roll meat into a loaf. Place on rack in roasting pan. Spread ketchup mixture on top of loaf.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle onions on top of loaf and bake another 15 minutes.
