Ingredients
- 2 Medium potatoes
- 1 Bag Ham Chunks
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Slices American Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Begin by slicing the potatoes in half and then in thin slices
2. Add the potatoes to a large bowl and add in flour and garlic powder and toss until all is covered
3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes and sprinkle on half the cheese and ham.
4. Continue by adding on the rest of the sliced potatoes and topping off with cheeses and ham
5. Pour the heavy whipping cream over the top and cook on low heat for 3 hours
