Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup reduced-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 T honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1
Blend the oats into a powder, then add the rest of the ingredients. Continue to blend until smooth.
