Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 1/2 T brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Step 1
Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor-be prepared to blend for a while. (You may need to add more almond milk to get the consistency of hummus.) Pour into a serving dish and mix in the chocolate chips. Serve with graham crackers or just a spoon!
