Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 T melted coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Strawberries or blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla and salt in a small bowl. Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Place the pan in the freezer until the mixture is firm. Slice into about 16 bars and top each piece with berries before serving.
