Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 1/2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Snap the woody ends off the asparagus and spread out on a baking sheet. Coat in olive oil and garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the asparagus, then bake for about 15 minutes.
