Ingredients
- 2 T red pepper hummus
- 2 slices Ezekiel bread
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 thin tomato slices
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- Sliced red onions

Spread hummus on each slice of Ezekiel bread and add all of the other ingredients to assemble the sandwich.
