Ingredients
- 3 Bananas, Mashed
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease 9x13 pan
Brownies:
In large bowl, beat together suqar, sour cream, butter and eggs until creamy.
Blend in bananas and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and blend for 1 minute. Stir in the walnuts.
Spread evenly in pan. Bake 25 minutes till golden brown.
Cool slightly (warm but not hot) and frost.
Frosting:
Heat butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
Watch carefully...when it reaches a medium brown color, turn off the heat.
Wisk in powdered sugar a little at a time, adding milk as it thickens, then vanilla.
Pour over the warm Banana Bread Brownies immediately and smooth with spatula or knife.
Cool completely before cutting.
