Ingredients

  • 3

    Bananas, Mashed

  • 2

    Eggs, Beaten

  • ½

    cup Walnuts

  • 1

    cup Butter

  • 2

    cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1

    tsp Baking Soda

  • 3

    cups Powdered Sugar

  • ¾

    tsp Salt

  • cups Sugar

  • tsp Vanilla

  • 1

    cup Sour Cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease 9x13 pan Brownies: In large bowl, beat together suqar, sour cream, butter and eggs until creamy. Blend in bananas and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt and blend for 1 minute. Stir in the walnuts. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 25 minutes till golden brown. Cool slightly (warm but not hot) and frost. Frosting: Heat butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Watch carefully...when it reaches a medium brown color, turn off the heat. Wisk in powdered sugar a little at a time, adding milk as it thickens, then vanilla. Pour over the warm Banana Bread Brownies immediately and smooth with spatula or knife. Cool completely before cutting. ENJOY!
