Ingredients
- 1 lb. Beef Sirloin or Flank Steak
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Chile Paste
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Slice beef as thin as possible against the grain. Combine all other ingredients to make marinade and marinate beef at least 1 hour, longer if possible. Skewer the beef and grill over medium-high heat for 1 minute on each side.
