Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Beef Top Sirloin, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice from concentrate
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder

Step 1
Place meat in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar, ginger and garlic powder in a small bowl. Pour over meat; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Grill meat on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals until desired doneness, turning once and brushing occasionally with marinade during first half of cooking (allow 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare; 20 to 22 minutes for medium). Discard any remaining marinade.
