Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. Flank Steak
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- 3 Tbsp Sherry or Apple Juice
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for marinade. Marinade for 4 to 24 hours. Drain – Discard Marinade. Lightly coat unheated rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place steak on broiler rack. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 15 to 18 minutes, turning once. Or grill over medium heat 17 to 21 minutes. Slice across the grain.
