Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Thin Pre-baked Pizza Crust
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 2 Green Onions with tops, thinly sliced.
- 1 Large Carrot, peeled and cut into Julienne strips
- 1 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
- Chopped Peanuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread garlic onto pizza crust and bake 8-10 minutes or until crisp. Allow to cool completely. In small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and ginger. Spread mixture over crust. Top with vegetables; add cilantro and peanuts if desired.
