Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spread, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°. In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture until coated. On lightly greased baking sheet, arrange chicken; drizzle with Butter Spread. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once.
