Ingredients
- 1 box sugar free chocolate pudding mix
- 2 servings Mint Cookie protein powder
- 1 t. decaffeinated expresso
- 1 T. cocoa powder
- 2 cups milk
- 4 T. whipped cream
- 2-3 sugar free peppermints(opt.)
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, protein, expresso and cocoa powder. Whisk to combine.
Add milk, then beat on medium with a hand mixer for a few seconds. Then switch to high speed. Scrape sides of bowl.
The mixture should start setting fairly quickly. Divide the mixture equally into 4 cups. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermints.
