Ingredients
- 4 SERVINGS
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red-wine vinegar
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the lemon juice, vinegar, shallot and mustard in a small bowl.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing emulsifies. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk again before dressing salad.
