Ingredients

  • Float:
  • 1 1/2 oz. gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. Demerara rum
  • 1 tsp. coffee liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. apricot nectar
  • 1/2 oz. falernum
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 oz. chilled Kona coffee

Preparation

Step 1

Blend everything except coffee float in a blender for 10 seconds. pour unstrained into a 36 oz snifter filled with ice cubes. Float coffee.
