  • 2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 3/4 CUPS RAISINS, DUSTED WITH FLOUR
  • 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED NUTS

BUTTER A 10 IN. TUBE PAN AND SPRINKLE WITH 1/2 CUP OF NUTS, MAKING SURE NETS STICK TO BOTTOM AND SIDES. IN SMALL BOWL COMBINE 1/2 CUP SUGAR, COCOA AND VCINNAMON, SET ASIDE. CREAM BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE, ADD REST OF SUGAR AND VANILA. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, STIR IN FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER, MIX WELL. ADD RAISINSD, PUT HALF BATTER INTO PAN. ADD COCOA MITTURE AND NUTS, TOP WITH REST OF BATTER AND COOK AT 325 FOR 75 MINUTES, COOL.
