TIRAMISU BUNDT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18.25 oz)white cake mix
  • 1 pint cofee ice cream, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (12oz) container whipped vanilla frosting
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granles dissolved in 1 tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 350. Coat 10 cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, melted ice cream & eggs on low speed for 1 min. Beat 2 min on medium speed. Scrape into prepared pan.
Bake 35-40 min or until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20min. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
In large bowl, beat together frosting & instant coffee.
Place cake on stand & spread with frosting. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
