Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Olive Oil
  • 6 lemons thinly sliced
  • 2.5 lbs salmon
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Lemon Dill Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 5/8 cup sour cream
  • 7 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 7 1/2 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Salmon
-Preheat oven to 450.
-Grease dish with olive oil.
-Place 2/3 of lemons in bottom of dish.
-Place salmon on top of lemons and cover with remaining lemon slices, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Lemon Dill Sauce
-Blend heavy cream and sour cream until thick.
-Add lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper and blend until combined.
-Refridgerate.
