Slow Cooker Korean Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs. Chuck Roast
  • 1/3 cup honey or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar (white wine vinegar will do)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated or minced (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
  • 1/2 jalapeno, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place everything in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred and serve in tortillas and top with slaw (see below)
