Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. Chuck Roast
- 1/3 cup honey or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar (white wine vinegar will do)
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated or minced (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
- 1/2 jalapeno, minced (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place everything in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred and serve in tortillas and top with slaw (see below)
