Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter
- 3/4 lb. Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a large skillet, stir-fry green beans in oil until tender-crisp. Remove from heat. Add soy sauce mixture; stir to coat.
