- Peach Schnapps
- BBQ Sauce

Step 1
For the grits, cook the grits and add butter, salt, one fresh chopped jalapeno (your choice to remove or include seeds), and equal parts Velveeta (I know, but it works in grits), sharp cheddar, and a gruyere. On the shrimp, devein shrimp and remove tails (optional). Heat Peach Schnapps in a skillet and sauté shrimp until almost cooked through on medium heat. I make my own BBG sauce but you can use anything you like. I can tell you that recipe too if you want. When shrimp are done, place on hot grill and brush with BBQ sauce, flip and repeat. I am only looking to char and adhere BBQ sauce on the grill so they don’t need to be on very long depending upon how hot your grill is.
