Ingredients
- 3-4 skinless boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans Great Northern Beans
- 1-2 cans Chicken Broth
- 1-2 cans green chilies
- Cumin and/or Chili Powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil and shred chicken. Saute vegetables in a stock pot with olive oil. Once tender, add spice and green chilies, continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add beans and broth, bring to a boil then simmer. Add chicken and extra spice if desired. Serve with cheese and tortilla chips.
