Fresh Coconut Cake (Lou Leath)

Ingredients

  • 2 layers white cake, cut into 4 layers
  • 2 pkg frozen coconut
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix coconut, sour cream and sugar together and spread on each layer of the cake, but not on the top layer. Combine cool whip and powdered sugar and spread on sides and top of cake.
