Black Forest Pumpernickel Bread for the Machine

Ingredients

• 1 1/8 cups water
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 cup rye flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tbsp oil
• 1/3 cup molasses
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp caraway seeds
• 2 tsp yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Use light crust setting. Cool 1 hour before slicing.
