Thai Salad
By angielaine
I have found that using the marinade in the Asian Flank Steak recipe or Thai Grilled Beef recipe both go very well with the flavors in the salad. Kate grew her own lemon grass that was fine, like a blade of grass, which I have not been able to find, but it is much better than the stalkier lemon grass.
