Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
- 1 1-inch Wedge Red Onion
- 3 Tbsp Sipped Fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender container, combine lime juice, orange juice concentrate, red onion, 1 Tbsp cilantro, salt and pepper. Cover and blend until well combined. With blender running, slowly add vegetable oil; blend until well combine. Stir in remaining 2 Tbsp cilantro. Cover and refrigerate dressing at least 30 minutes before serving. Shake well before serving. Refrigerate remaining dressing up to 1 week.
