Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Ground Pepper to taste

In small food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until emulsified.
