- 1 cup ice cream
- 1 cup Guinness beer
- 1 shot Irish Cream liqueur (optional)

In blender, combine ice cream, Guinness and, for a boozier flavor, 1 shot irish cream liqueur. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth.
